During the Business Coaching we will have individual (online) sessions. Our coaching consists of at least 4 sessions that take place within a shorter period of time to maintain momentum and achieve progress. For an optimal result I use the GROW coaching method.
We work in three phases to develop a strategic advice for your company. This approach provides clarity within the organization and clear communication to the market.

In a strategic advisory process, we will work with the Management Team and other stakeholders in at least 3 workshops. Research and analysis will also take place during this process.
